working principle:
After the wet materials are put into the dryer from one end, the plate copying device with uniform distribution in the inner cylinder turns over, the materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer, and fully contact with the parallel flow (countercurrent) hot air, which speeds up the drying heat transfer and transfers to the driving force. In the process of drying, the material can move to the star discharge valve of the other section of the dryer to discharge the finished product under the action of the inclined plate and hot air.
Application:
Large particles in chemical industry, mining industry and metallurgy industry, which are drier than serious materials, such as ore, blast furnace slag, coal, metal powder, phosphate fertilizer and ammonium sulfate.
Drying of powdery and granular materials with special requirements, such as HP foaming agent, distiller's grains residue, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite and drug residue.
Materials requiring low temperature drying and continuous drying in large quantities.
