working principle
Air drying can quickly remove water (mainly surface moisture) from particles and powder materials which are easy to dehydrate. In air drying, the quality of the finished product is controlled well because of the short time of the material staying in the dryer. The enhanced air drying in our factory is composed of a set of intensifiers with stepless adjustment of rotational speed. Wet materials are fully mixed with hot air flow after entering the intensifier through screw feeder. Under the smashing and pushing of the fast rotating knife, the material is broken into fine particles, and moves towards the outlet at the same time of drying. After that, it enters the drying pipe under the wind force and further evenly dry. The wet and heavy particles that cannot be attracted by wind will continue to be crushed and dried until they can be sucked up by the wind into the drying pipe.
