Transmission part
It is transmitted to the plough shaft by the main motor and reducer.
Horizontal cylinder:
The upper part of the horizontal cylinder is provided with a feeding port and an observation hole, and one side of the cylinder is provided with a material cleaning door.
Plow shaft:
According to the volume of the plough, the pear cutter data is arranged and installed on the main shaft to mix the materials in the cylinder.
Flying knife group:
The auxiliary motor is directly connected to each group, and the data of each group is different. The high-speed flying blade has strong dispersing shear stirring effect.
Discharge valve:
Install the bottom of the cylinder for discharging.
Liquid spraying device
The liquid spraying device is arranged on the upper part of the cylinder, which is composed of pipe fittings and nozzle components, and is fixed on the cylinder to evenly distribute the spray.
It can be customized:
Add a jacket to heat. Cooling, dry type.
Composition:
Plow mixer is composed of transmission mechanism, horizontal cylinder, plow shaft, flying knife, discharging device and other parts. The material moves along the cylinder wall under the action of plow, and is thrown by the high-speed rotating flying knife when it flows through the flying knife, so as to achieve uniform mixing in a short time. Plough mixer can meet the requirements of most solid-liquid mixing, wet granulation, drying and other composite processes, especially suitable for the mixing of viscous or colloidal materials.
Transmission part: it is transmitted to the axis of the plow group by the main motor and reducer.
Horizontal cylinder: the upper part can be set with feeding port, observation hole, material cleaning door, etc. according to the needs of customers.
Plow shaft: the number of plow blades is arranged according to the volume of the plow mixer, which is installed on the main shaft, and the material is stirred and mixed by circular turbulent flow in the cylinder.
Flying knife group: the auxiliary motor is directly connected with the flying knife, and the high-speed flying knife has strong dispersing shear stirring effect.
Working principle of plow mixer
The plough mixer is composed of a cylinder, a rotating spindle, a flying knife group, a plough group, a transmission part, a support part, a spray head, a jacket, etc. The drive part of the mixer includes cycloid pin wheel reducer with motor and coupling, which mainly changes the motor motion into the required speed and torque to the complex cutter shaft. After the mixer is started, the main shaft drives the plough group to rotate, and the material also moves in the circumferential direction along the radial direction of the cylinder. At the same time, the material is thrown out along the normal direction of the two sides of the plough. When the thrown and circumferential turbulent material flows through the flying knife group, it is quickly and efficiently interrupted, dispersed and effectively scattered by the high-speed rotating flying knife. After the materials are dispersed by the high-speed flying knife, they fall into the bottom of the mixer. The plough group provides the compound force needed for the mixing of the materials. The mixed materials do the omni-directional compound circulation under the compound action of the internal plough and flying knife of the mixer. They are constantly replaced, diffused, and evenly mixed in a short time, so as to quickly achieve the purpose of mixing. The mixing precision is high.
