WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material is added from the inlet and moves to the outlet under the action of the opposite rotating spiral blade. The heat source transfers heat to the material through the spiral wedge blade and jacket, and the evaporated moisture is vented through the dust collector and exhaust fan. Due to the small amount of air required for conductive drying, the outlet wind speed is generally low, the dust entrainment is light, the requirements for dust recovery are not high, or the material particles are large, only the exhaust chimney can be set, and the natural pressure difference can be used to discharge the moisture into the air. When the requirements are high, dust removal device and exhaust fan should be set. Due to the high humidity of the tail gas of conductive drying, no matter what kind of emission form, it is necessary to check the moisture dew point to prevent condensation in the emission circuit. Therefore, generally, the supplementary air can be introduced into the dryer only after being heated. Steam and condensate are introduced and discharged through the rotary joint.
