WORKING PRINCIPLE
disc paddle dryer is mainly composed of stator (shell), rotor (turntable) and driving device. The central shaft of the rotor is the load-bearing part of the drying turntable. It is a hollow shaft on which all turntables are welded. The disk dryer is driven and stirred by the edge of the rotary table. The wet material is evenly and slowly transported through the whole dryer and dried by the thermal contact with the rotary table. During the drying process, the hot steam condenses on the inner wall of the rotary table cavity to form condensed water. The condensed water is led into the central pipe through a pipe and is led out of the dryer through an outlet tank. A scraper is arranged between each two turntables, and the scraper is fixed on the shell (stator). The scraper can loosen the material between discs and make the waste steam leave the sludge quickly.
