WORKING PRINCIPLE
The sludge enters the paddle dryer from the feeder, and the sludge moves forward through the paddle shaft. The paper board carries the material continuously, and the material is lifted and spilled, repeated many times, and the material contacts the heating surface continuously, so that the sludge water evaporates. At the same time, the cleaning device also plays a role in breaking the sludge ball, improving the drying speed. After drying, the sludge becomes loose material with low moisture and is discharged from the discharge port.
