WORKING PRINCIPLE
The machine has two parallel rotating shafts embedded with staggered blades in the shell of jacket structure. Many hollow fan blades arranged staggered at a certain interval are embedded on each axis. There are two types of blades, namely, feed shear surface and return shear surface, and the shaft rotates at low speed. The heat medium enters the hollow rotary shaft and blade through the rotary joint installed at the end of the rotary shaft. After the heat transfer is dried, the heat is discharged out of the machine through the rotating head. In addition, the heat medium will be introduced into the jacket. The material is continuously supplied from the feed port, and the local stirring and mixing are carried out near the blade through the blade. Meanwhile, the heat conduction between the blade and the jacket gradually makes the material dry, and the material is slowly discharged when heated. The retention time can be adjusted by changing the height of overflow weir. In addition, the steam generated in the process of material treatment can be discharged from the exhaust port to the outside of the machine together with a small amount of air coming in the inlet.
